Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one may record technical details such as your browser, device, approximate location, the pages you visit and the time you spend on them. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a consultation, put together proposals, and carry out projects you ask us to take on. We also use it to keep the website working properly and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages you have not asked for.

We may also share information where the law requires it, for example to answer a lawful request from a public authority.

5. WhatsApp, calls and email

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. The same applies to any other third-party service you use to contact us. We recommend you do not send bank details, passwords or identity documents over WhatsApp or email.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, though some features may behave differently.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project, and afterwards for as long as the law or our accounting records require. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to those requirements.

8. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including using trusted providers and limiting who can see it. No website or message can be made completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us using it at any time. Write to theauura.ids@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
