These terms apply when you use this website or send an enquiry to The Auura Interior Design Studio (“The Auura”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About this website
The website describes our interior design, architecture, vastu and sourcing services and shows examples of our work. It is for general information and is not an offer to enter into a contract.
2. Enquiries and consultations
Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation does not by itself create an agreement for design work. A consultation is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the date and time.
3. Design and project work
Our services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, timelines and responsibilities. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
4. Vastu and Astro-Vastu guidance
Our vastu and Astro-Vastu advice is based on traditional principles and our professional judgement. It is offered as guidance to help you plan a balanced space. We do not promise any particular result for your health, finances, relationships or career.
5. Our work and images
Photographs, drawings, 3D renders and descriptions of our projects are shown to illustrate our work. Details such as areas and locations are approximate, 3D renders are illustrations of a proposed design, and a finished space may differ in colour, finish and detail. Projects and client names are shown with the clients’ permission.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, designs, photographs, drawings, graphics and the logo, belongs to The Auura or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, adapt, publish or use it commercially without our written permission. Designs and drawings prepared for a project remain subject to the terms of the agreement for that project.
7. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. You must not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, collect its content by automated means, or use it to send us anything harmful or misleading.
8. Links to other sites
The website may link to third-party sites and services, including WhatsApp and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
9. No warranty
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that the website will always be available without interruption.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Auura is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and by continuing to use the website you accept the current version.
